Return / Cancellation Policy

Scope

This Return and Cancellation Policy applies exclusively to contracts concluded between s.c. WEISE BUSINESS CONSULTING s.r.l.  and legal entities or authorized professionals (B2B clients).

As s.c. WEISE BUSINESS CONSULTING s.r.l.  provides professional services and not physical goods, the concept of “return” refers strictly to service cancellation and, where applicable, financial settlement for services not yet performed.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, Clients who qualify as consumers may have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without providing any reason.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to consumers does not apply to B2B contracts.

Nature of Services

All services provided by s.c. WEISE BUSINESS CONSULTING s.r.l. are professional, customized, and tailored to the specific requirements of each Client. Due to this individualized nature:

• Services already performed are non-returnable.

• Delivered digital materials, documentation, reports, strategies, or other customized outputs cannot be returned once transmitted.

• Refund eligibility is strictly limited to services not yet performed.

Cancellation Before Service Commencement

If the Client submits a written cancellation request before the commencement of services:

• The contract may be terminated by mutual agreement.

• Any advance payment may be refunded, minus administrative, banking, or transaction fees (if applicable).

The estimated processing time for such refunds is up to 14 business days from written confirmation of cancellation acceptance.

Cancellation After Service Commencement

If the Client requests cancellation after the service has begun:

• The Client shall pay for all work performed up to the date of cancellation;

• Any non-recoverable costs already incurred by s.c. WEISE BUSINESS CONSULTING s.r.l. shall be deducted;

• Only the portion corresponding to services not yet performed may be eligible for refund.

The estimated processing time for calculating and issuing any eligible refund is up to 30 calendar days from the date of written cancellation request.

Method of Return / Settlement

Since s.c. WEISE BUSINESS CONSULTING s.r.l. does not supply physical goods, returns are processed exclusively through financial settlement.

Where applicable:

• Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the account indicated by the Client;

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing;

• A financial settlement statement may be issued detailing the calculation of performed vs. unperformed services.

No physical return procedure applies.

No Refund After Full Delivery

Once the contracted services have been fully delivered in accordance with the agreement:

• The services are considered accepted;

• No cancellation or refund is possible.

Cancellation by Weise

s.c. WEISE BUSINESS CONSULTING s.r.l. reserves the right to terminate the contract in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:

• Client’s breach of contractual obligations;

• Failure to provide required documentation or cooperation;

• Non-payment according to agreed terms.

In such cases, financial settlement will be performed proportionally to the work completed.
